Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
